IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Keeping complex IT systems running requires genuine expertise and absolute reliability. Our Rocken partner specialises in holistic IT services for corporate clients and offers customised solutions for the entire IT infrastructure. Individual customer care is paramount here. The scope of work includes planning, implementation, and support of modern IT environments – from infrastructure through cloud integration to endpoint management solutions. You work closely with customers, develop tailored concepts, and ensure that IT systems function smoothly. Participation in IT infrastructure projects with technologies such as NetApp, HPE, SonicWall, and VMware
Commissioning, administration, and 2nd-/3rd-level support of customer systems on-site and remotely
Integration and migration of Microsoft solutions in cloud environments
Support and further development of managed services platforms and customer infrastructures
Occasional execution of VoIP migrations and technical integration projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and several years of experience in the IT provider environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products, VMware, and network technologies as well as understanding of the OSI model
Goal-oriented, independent, and solution-focused working style
Strong team and customer orientation
Very good German skills and driving licence category B
