More freedom instead of daily ward routine, as a certified nursing specialist HF

We are looking, by arrangement, for an open-minded and competent certified nursing specialist HF for a modern and innovative outpatient organisation in Baselland.
In this interesting and responsible position, you carry the professional responsibility and are in charge of managing the nursing process for the clients. You advise, support and coach the nursing team on professional matters.

Requirements Profile

After your training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, you have several years of nursing professional experience and have successfully continued your education. You bring good social skills and openness in dealing with people and are a motivating personality.

Tasks

You periodically determine the service needs, create the care plan and ensure the professional delivery of services. In addition, you enjoy taking on nursing assignments yourself.
