Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
You don’t just want to operate systems, but actively shape an ICT landscape? This is exactly where this position comes in. As a Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer, you are the technical authority for a modern Microsoft and cloud environment centred around Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365). Your experience directly influences architectural decisions and projects. This ensures that employees can rely on a secure and high-performance infrastructure every day.
Responsibilities:
You drive the strategic and technical development of the Microsoft and cloud infrastructure forward
You simplify recurring processes through automation, thereby increasing operational efficiency
You take the lead on digitalisation and infrastructure projects and bring them safely to completion
Furthermore, you investigate complex disruptions and develop sustainable solutions
Stability, security, and availability of the entire ICT environment are your responsibility
In addition, you share your knowledge within the team and support apprentices in IT during their training
Qualifications:
You have a degree as an ICT specialist HF or FH or a comparable further education
Several years of practical experience as an engineer in Microsoft environments are part of your background
You are confident with topics such as Intune, PowerShell, Entra ID, virtualisation, Active Directory, or data backup
Furthermore, you think analytically and seek solutions that are sustainable in the long term
Initiative is natural to you, and you keep an overview even with many projects ongoing
You also communicate confidently with departments, management, and external partners
