Clerk Export & Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Coordinate order processing from order receipt to invoicing.
Handle customer enquiries and clarify open points with the responsible departments.
Coordinate export orders including transport arrangements and shipping dates.
Create sales forecasts and sales plans with customers and consolidate internally.
Keep product data, material information and technical specifications up to date.
Organise the provision of samples and monitor deadlines.
Support the customer service team with technical questions.
Coordinate information between sales, production, planning and other departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in order processing or customer service.
Knowledge of export processing and international goods traffic.
Confident use of MS Office and digital business applications.
Structured working method and a good understanding of operational contexts.
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with various specialist departments.
Independent, resilient personality with a pragmatic approach to changing priorities.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
