Finance and Accounting Specialist - Bern Surroundings (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You create and process payment runs
You post accounts receivable and accounts payable
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
You handle the daily mail and take on other administrative tasks for the secretariat
You lead a small team and offer a training position
You perform HR tasks such as payroll accounting, social benefits and labour law matters
You prepare payroll and time sheets
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training; further training at the level of accounting clerk is an advantage
You bring professional experience in financial accounting
You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
You are confident and experienced in using financial software, for example Infoniqa (Sage)
You communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken
