Construction Manager General Contracting 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You negotiate with clients, authorities, planners and subcontractors/suppliers.

• You manage demanding construction projects and sites and implement them independently

• You carefully prepare the realisation phase - from cost estimation according to NPK through tenders to awarding contracts

• You take responsibility for quality, cost and schedule management

• You lead the contractors and continuously prepare the quantities and invoicing

What do I need to be successful?

You have training as a structural draughtsperson, carpenter, joiner or in a comparable profession

• Additionally, you have completed further training as a federally certified construction manager, technician HF or an equivalent qualification

• You have the necessary professional experience, ideally in a general contractor/specialist contractor company or with a full-service provider

• Resilience and entrepreneurial thinking characterise you

• Negotiation skills are among your strengths, and you always strive for handover of the work with the highest quality
