Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented Swiss company specialising in the development and manufacture of technically sophisticated solutions. With profound expertise, modern technologies and efficient production processes, the company realises products for various industrial applications. High product quality, technical advancement and precise implementation of customer-specific requirements are paramount.
Responsibilities:
Enter international customer orders in the ERP system and compile machine configurations according to the order.
Trigger production orders for machines and assemblies and coordinate with the responsible departments.
Monitor delivery dates and coordinate necessary measures in case of deviations.
Create export documents and calculate country of origin for preferential exports.
Process standardised customer enquiries and prepare suitable sales offers.
Ensure timely order processing in cooperation with sales, purchasing, design, production and logistics.
Prepare service assignments administratively and support customer service in deployment planning.
Logistically support trade fair appearances, including international shipments and ATA Carnet.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in foreign trade or comparable professional experience.
Technical understanding, ideally acquired in the machinery, electrical or metal industry.
Practical experience in order processing in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of export processing, customs tariff classification and international rules of origin.
Experience with free trade agreements, preference certificates and export control regulations.
Confident handling of ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Reliable and flexible working style as well as good cooperation with internal specialist departments.
Very good German and good English skills; additional foreign languages are welcome.
