Clerk Internal Sales and Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an internationally active company with a diverse range of tasks. You can expect a varied environment where you support various administrative processes and work closely with internal and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of administrative purchasing documents and support in ongoing procurement processes
Initiation of orders and monitoring of agreed delivery deadlines
Processing of customer orders and updating the corresponding ERP data
Preparation of the necessary documents for cross-border goods traffic
Planning and coordination of shipping orders with the responsible logistics partners
First point of contact for visitors and external callers
General correspondence and administrative office work
Management of office supplies and ensuring the required operating materials
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with appropriate basic training
Experience in clerical work, preferably in an industrial environment
Practical knowledge in order or order processing
Basic knowledge of customs formalities and international goods traffic
User knowledge of an ERP system
Organisational skills and precise working method
Confident German and good English skills
French skills are an advantage
