Community Health and Care Assistant
Your daily life with us
- Provide quality, individualised care adapted to the health status of each resident, within a holistic and interdisciplinary approach
- Perform delegated care and medical-technical acts in compliance with procedures and hygiene and safety rules
- Take on the role of key worker for several residents and participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of their life project
- Be a resource person for nursing assistants, trainees, and apprentices
- Work closely with nursing staff, the activities department, and external professionals (attending physicians)
- Contribute to quality initiatives and the continuous improvement of our practices
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
- Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of residents and their relatives
- Experience in nursing homes and an interest in geriatrics are assets
- Knowledge of the Carefolio IT system and the RAI instrument is a plus
