Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an established company in the field of product development and manufacturing for various consumer goods. The company combines technical know-how with modern development and supports customers from conception to the finished solution.

Responsibilities:
Recording incoming orders and maintaining order data
Checking the payment situation and compliance with internal credit guidelines
Written and telephone correspondence with customers
Preparation of shipping documents for national and international deliveries
Monitoring outstanding orders until complete delivery
Invoicing and administrative follow-up of completed transactions
Handling delivery deviations and customer complaints
Ongoing coordination with production and transport service providers for order execution
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification or equivalent professional background
Professional experience in customer service, export or internal sales
Understanding of commercial processes in goods trading
User knowledge of ERP software and MS Office
Reliable and independent working style
Ability to handle several business processes in parallel
Customer-oriented behaviour and cooperative teamwork
Very good German and good English skills
