For our client, an established institution in the social sector in the Seeland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Payroll Specialist 50–60%. The organisation offers a respectful working environment where respectful and reliable collaboration is highly valued. In this role, you will take responsibility for an independent specialist area and ensure professional and reliable payroll processing. The workplace is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently and punctually carry out the monthly payroll runs for employees on monthly and hourly wages
• You will reliably handle social insurances as well as accident, illness and EO cases and coordinate the corresponding notifications to insurance companies and pension funds
• You will carefully maintain personnel and payroll data in the HR system and be responsible for withholding tax accounting, salary certificates and the annual year-end tasks
• As a contact person, you will answer questions about payroll and social insurances, prepare evaluations and contribute to the optimisation of existing payroll processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in payroll, social insurances or finance and accounting
• You have professional experience in payroll accounting and the social insurance sector
• Very good German skills as well as good Microsoft 365 user skills complete your professional profile; experience with NEXUS is an advantage
• You are an independent, reliable and discreet personality with a flair for numbers and an exact and structured way of working
