Apprenticeship as Specialist in Hotel and Household Management EFZ or EBA
The Tertianum Residence Huob, located in the centre of Pfäffikon SZ, consists of 67 modern apartments with an in-house Spitex service and a rehabilitation, care and dementia living area with 21 single rooms, an internal restaurant and the public restaurant ROSSOROSSO, physiotherapy, fitness, therapy pool, hair salon, podiatry and beauty studio.

What you will learn with us
- General cleaning tasks
- Laundry supply and laundry ordering
- Attending to guests and taking over service
- Implementation of operational processes and compliance with work quality requirements
- Decorating rooms and premises
What you bring with you
- Completed schooling (Secondary school A or B) with good academic performance
- Empathy and patience as well as interest in dealing with our guests
- Neat appearance, good manners as well as hygiene awareness and sense of order
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges and practical work
- Good German language skills, spoken and written

Your training starts with an exciting introductory day. In the second year of training, our apprentices take part in the Tertianum Summer Camp. We celebrate the completion of the training with a proper graduation ceremony. After the apprenticeship, numerous opportunities open up to work within our company in various establishments and language regions.
