Responsibilities:
You handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations as well as order confirmations.
You independently process incoming orders up to invoicing.
You monitor delivery deadlines and clarify deviations directly with the responsible departments.
In purchasing, you order goods and maintain contact with international suppliers.
You handle export orders including shipping and customs documents.
You organise transports and support customs issues as well as warehouse management.
You support the field sales team with administrative and technical customer concerns.
You keep price lists, article master data and sales documents up to date.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship.
Experience in internal sales, order processing or export is an advantage.
Knowledge of customs and export processing is welcome.
You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You organise your tasks independently and work reliably.
You keep an overview even with several parallel orders.
You are characterised by a strong service orientation and clear communication.
You have very good German skills as well as good knowledge of English or French.
