Role:
The best way to start in system technology is with real responsibility and a team that supports you. As a Junior Modern Workplace Engineer, you manage your own support mandates and continuously learn. You work in Windows and macOS environments and use modern technologies as well as AI-supported solutions. Customer proximity shapes your daily routine, whether on-site or remote. This way, you gradually grow into more demanding infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
You assist in planning and implementing modern IT infrastructures for Windows and Mac clients.
You systematically analyse errors and independently resolve faults.
Furthermore, you independently manage support mandates and ensure customer satisfaction.
You use AI-supported tools to resolve requests efficiently.
Additionally, you are the competent contact person for customers both on-site and remotely.
You also work closely with your team and overcome challenges together.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or a related field.
You bring initial knowledge of Microsoft and Mac environments.
You have already worked with virtualisation technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESXi, and networking technology is not new to you.
You work in a structured and careful manner and have high standards for your service quality.
You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written, ideally at native level.
Additionally, you are characterised by team spirit, flexibility and eagerness to learn, and a touch of humour is always appreciated.
