Job Description

• Support patients towards maximum autonomy during their rehabilitation.
• Perform care and monitoring contributing to their functional recovery.
• Support the resumption of daily life activities and the return home.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team committed to the patient’s therapeutic project.
• Participate in safe, personalised, and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as Assistant in Care and Community Health (ASSC).
• Recognised for your team spirit, sense of collaboration, and versatility.
• Able to prioritise, organise, and coordinate your activities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, great motivation, and constant commitment to quality care.
• Flexible, autonomous, comfortable managing demanding situations, with good adaptability.
