As a Operations Assistant 100%, you will be a valuable part of our 33-member Röschtigrabe crew immediately or by arrangement.

The Restaurant Röschtigrabe is located directly at the lively Bärenplatz in Bern and close to the Federal Palace. With over 300 indoor seats and an additional 200 terrace seats, the bustling operation provides plenty of moments of enjoyment. The menu combines regional specialties with classics from all over Switzerland and is complemented by an extensive wine selection. Although an independent restaurant, the Brasserie Röschtigrabe with its French charm and offerings also belongs to it.

Your day with us:

• Representing the managing director in their absence
• Leading and supporting the service team
• Actively attending to our guests
• Daily and monthly closings including inventories
• Ordering and control systems as well as stock management
• Taking over final responsibility
• Assisting in à la carte service
• Reservation management
• Supporting banquet management

How you fit with us:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or graduation from a hotel management school in Switzerland
• Experience and success in sales
• Polished manners and a high sense of responsibility
• Attentive and communicative personality
• Experience in training apprentices is an advantage
