IT System Specialist (m/f/d)

- Conceptualisation, design, development, and implementation of cloud and on-premise solutions
- Conceptualisation, design, development, and implementation of network, M365, and telephony solutions
- Support of customers in the project environment and consultative assistance
- Planning and realisation of IT projects with active participation in project work
- Consulting, instruction, and support of customers with arising issues
- Taking over second and third-level support to ensure effective support
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of technical ICT security measures
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training
- Several years of professional experience as a systems engineer
- Customer-oriented, conscientious, resilient, and committed personality
- Good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and M365
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services, Virtual Desktop, Securepoint, Intune, Teams (including telephony), and Azure
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
