Catering Staff with Site Responsibility 70%
from October 2026 or by arrangement
Your Main Tasks
- You take on the operational daily and site responsibility for our catering operation at the USZ external site Stettbach and actively work in the operation at the same time.
- As the first point of contact on site, you coordinate the daily processes and, with your warm and professional manner, ensure that our guests feel comfortable.
- You prepare the daily offer, bake pastries, supervise the self-service area and ensure an appealing presentation of our products.
- Operating the cash register and carrying out daily closings are also part of your duties.
- You keep an overview of goods receipts, stocks and orders and carry out the necessary temperature and shelf-life checks.
- Cleaning, tidying and administrative tasks are part of your daily routine as well as ensuring our quality, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Together with the group management, you contribute your own ideas, actively shape the site and contribute to its further development.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification in the catering or food industry
- Several years of professional experience in catering, communal catering or hospitality, ideally with initial experience in a responsible role
- Your heart beats for catering and personal contact with our guests
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and keep an overview even in busy situations
- A neat appearance, good manners, helpfulness and pronounced team spirit characterise you
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC skills
- You are physically fit, flexible and ready for assignments from Monday to Friday within the company’s opening hours
