Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our client is an established Swiss technology company with a strong international focus. The company develops and manufactures technically sophisticated machines and systems, combining modern technologies with high manufacturing and development expertise. Role:
The export team is being expanded by an additional specialist who independently manages international customer orders and wishes to contribute their knowledge of customs and foreign trade. In addition to classic export processing, you can expect a varied role with close contact to freight forwarders and various internal departments. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and develop professionally. Attractive social benefits and a 40-hour week complement the framework conditions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the independent processing of international export orders from order entry to on-time delivery
You create, check, and manage all shipping, customs, and export documents
You organise and coordinate transports in cooperation with freight forwarders, customers, and internal departments
You work closely with sales, logistics, service, and external partners to ensure smooth goods flow
You take on the tariff classification of goods as well as the review of export control requirements
You actively contribute to the optimisation of processes in the area of export and international order processing
Qualifications:
Commercial training and further education as an export/import clerk mandatory, or foreign trade specialist is a great advantage
Several years of professional experience in export processing and international order handling
Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
Independent and reliable working style
