Senior Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of real estate developments from acquisition or land securing to building permit
Development of market-oriented, economically viable project and utilisation concepts
Organisation and support of study assignments and quality assurance procedures
Stakeholder management with authorities, residents and other interest groups
Leadership and coordination of external planning and project teams across relevant SIA phases
Preparation of profitability, return and project controlling analyses
Ensuring costs, deadlines and quality as well as interdisciplinary project optimisation
Qualifications:
University degree in architecture, engineering or a comparable field
Several years of experience in real estate or construction project development
Sound understanding of the real estate market as well as economics and project finances
Entrepreneurial, communicative and assertive personality
Very good German and good English skills
