In this role, as an IT System Engineer Platform Developer, you design innovative solutions in the Auto-ID environment and contribute to the digitalisation and sustainable development of platforms. You analyse existing systems, identify optimisation potentials, and implement these with a clear focus on stability and future viability. You develop practical, scalable platform architectures and ensure their reliable operation. With your solution-oriented approach, you drive technical improvements and ensure that the platforms meet current and future requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable IT operations and continuous modernisation of the internal system, server, and network landscape
Administration of central Microsoft services as well as management of user identities, permissions, and modern workplace components
Independent analysis of technical issues at 1st and 2nd level and implementation of appropriate measures to improve availability and IT security
Technical collaboration on infrastructure and digitalisation projects including coordination of external partners and sustainable documentation of solutions and operational standards
Qualifications:
Completed basic IT training at EFZ level or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in system engineering
Solid know-how in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network technologies combined with a good understanding of modern security concepts
Practical experience with cloud and digital workplace solutions as well as the ability to independently and structurally handle technical problems
Service-oriented and reliable team player with high personal responsibility and good German and English skills
