Export Clerk International Orders 60-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Recording and processing international customer orders in the ERP system
Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and delivery documents
Coordination of worldwide transports with external logistics service providers
Monitoring agreed delivery deadlines and handling deviations
Issuing various export documents and certificates of origin
Coordination of packaging with internal guidelines and customer requirements
Written and telephone communication with international customers
Support with logistical questions throughout the entire order process
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
Further training in export or international logistics
Several years of experience in export processing
Experience with international customer orders
Good ERP system knowledge
Precise and structured working method
Reliability and strong customer orientation
Very good German and good English skills
