About the role
As a Management Assistant, you will directly support the partners in the administrative, operational and regulatory management of client files. You will play a key role in the daily monitoring of portfolios.

We offer you a position with an 80% workload as part of a 6-month Try & Hire opportunity, leading to a permanent contract.
Tasks
This versatile position combines administrative management tasks, monitoring of market operations, invoicing and regulatory compliance within a family office.
- Ensure daily consolidation (exchange rates, stock prices, file imports)
- Enter and monitor stock orders according to partners' instructions
- Update and monitor the CRM as well as the PMS (Efficience)
- Manage invoicing and entry of monthly and quarterly management fees
- Monitor compliance and LEFIN regulations
- Check and update clients' banking documents
- Prepare files and organise client reception during their visits
We are looking for
- Initial successful experience as a wealth management assistant in Switzerland
- Operational knowledge in wealth management and regulatory compliance
- Fluent command of French and English (C1 level)
An advantage if you have
- Proficiency in the PMS Efficience software
