For one of our clients, an international group active in the industrial sector and based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:
This is a 50% job sharing position, as part of the replacement of a retiring colleague.
FR/DE Administrative Assistant? 50% (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure visitor reception and front desk duties
- Manage incoming telephone calls
- Ensure compliance with reception and safety procedures
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Support certain HR and administrative activities
- Organise business trips and travel
- Prepare and coordinate meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Participate in the follow-up of purchases and invoicing
- Ensure filing and archiving of documents
- Guarantee the confidentiality of processed information
- Participate in internal communication
- Ensure rigorous and reliable administrative follow-up
- Commercial or administrative training
- Proven experience in a similar role
- French: excellent professional level
- German: very good oral and written level essential
- German is used daily, especially for a large part of calls and reception
- Good level of English appreciated
- Very good command of Microsoft 365 / Office
- Knowledge of Abacus is an asset
- Experience in an industrial or international environment is an advantage
- Rigorous, reliable and discreet personality
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Autonomy and excellent organisation
- Very good interpersonal skills and sense of service
