Role:

This position offers a varied specialist role with a focus on financial accounting, controlling, and financial planning. You support management with financial questions, ensure reliable figures, and actively contribute to the further development of the finance department. At the same time, you take responsibility within the team and have the opportunity to help shape processes and structures.

Responsibilities:

• You ensure reliable and accurate handling of financial processes

• You assist with financial statements, budgeting, and other tasks in the finance area

• You monitor relevant financial processes and ensure high quality of financial data

• You prepare evaluations, analyses, and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders

• You support controlling and keep an eye on important financial developments

• You contribute to the further development of control and management instruments

• You assist in the optimisation and digitalisation of processes

• You take on deputy responsibilities within the finance department as needed

• You lead a small team both professionally and personally and ensure clear and efficient workflows

Qualifications:

• You have a solid education in finance and accounting, ideally complemented by further training

• You bring several years of professional experience in the finance area and are familiar with the key processes around accounting, financial statements, and planning

• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel

• You gladly take on responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of your environment

• Leadership experience is an advantage, but your willingness to take responsibility for a team is more important

• You possess fluent German language skills
