Team Leader Service (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Leading a team of 5-8 service employees responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Ensuring service quality and performance delivery as well as the implementation of field actions
• Supporting the repair business with high-quality repair initiations (identified repair needs)
• Carrying out maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
• Monitoring relevant key figures and initiating appropriate measures
• Planning on-call duty including backup

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic, automotive mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or electrician)
• Further training in the commercial field is an advantage
• Professional experience in service or repairs
• Elevator know-how is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the regional language, additional languages are an advantage
