Azure DevOps & Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Role:
A modern cloud platform requires a stable architecture, consistent automation, and a well-thought-out security concept. This role focuses on the further development of a Microsoft Azure environment, the creation of modern platform services, and the continuous optimisation of cloud operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the further development of the Microsoft Azure platform including architecture, landing zone, network, security, and scalability
Automation of infrastructure and operational processes with Terraform, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Azure CLI
Integration of Infrastructure as Code into existing CI/CD processes
Further development of the Microsoft Entra ID architecture and implementation of zero-trust and security concepts
Operation and expansion of an Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform together with software engineering teams
Ensuring stable cloud operations through monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery
Further development of client and device management with Microsoft Intune
Evaluation of new cloud technologies as well as technical support for architectural decisions
Qualifications:
You have a tertiary degree in computer science or a comparable advanced qualification
You bring around 8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering
You have built, operated, and further developed several productive Azure environments over several years
You know Azure comprehensively with networking, compute, storage, identity, security, and governance
You have solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, cloud security, Terraform, and PowerShell
You bring practical experience with Kubernetes and containers; AKS, Azure Container Registry, and CI/CD are advantageous
You analyse complex technical issues in a structured way and develop sustainable solutions
You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and with external partners
You have fluent German skills and very good English skills
