Role:
Do you want to apply your commercial experience in an international environment? In this position, you are an important contact person for business customers, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth collaboration between the involved departments.
Responsibilities:
You look after international business customers and handle their enquiries in various languages.
You are responsible for recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system SAP SD.
You coordinate delivery processes and liaise with forwarding partners as well as internal departments.
You ensure reliable maintenance and control of customer master data.
You handle customer complaints and support the team with administrative tasks and deputising.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and have professional experience in customer service or order processing in a manufacturing company.
You have good IT user skills and are familiar with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
You have excellent written German and very good English; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
You enjoy working with international customers and cross-departmental collaboration.
