IT Project Manager, Application Focus (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences in business informatics, information systems, computer science or equivalent training
• Additional training in project management (HERMES, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT projects focused on business applications
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, drafting specifications and functional requirements, as well as managing testing and acceptance phases
• Very good knowledge of ERP environments, business software, application interfaces and data governance
• Proven experience in coordinating IT service providers, suppliers, software publishers or integrators
• Excellent command of project management methods, with a strong ability to prioritise, plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders, able to unite teams and create buy-in around projects
• Analytical mindset, organisational skills and ability to transform complex operational needs into pragmatic solutions
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality, with excellent service orientation and a real ability to support change
• Experience in public transport, infrastructure or multisite services is a significant advantage

• Manage IT projects with an application focus, from the scoping phase to production deployment, ensuring objectives, deadlines, budgets and expected quality are met
• Gather, analyse and formalise the needs of various departments to propose effective digital solutions adapted to the company’s challenges
• Act as the interface between users, technical teams and external partners to ensure project success and smooth communication among all stakeholders
• Coordinate suppliers, integrators and software publishers, monitor service progress and ensure proper integration of applications within the existing IT ecosystem
• Organise testing, validation and deployment phases of solutions, while supporting users in change management and adoption of new tools
• Actively participate in the evolution of the information system by contributing to the optimisation of the application portfolio, continuous process improvement and modernisation of working methods
• Play a key role in the company’s digital transformation by providing a business-oriented vision focused on performance and user satisfaction
