You lead the property accounting team
You are responsible for personnel development and resource planning
You are the contact person for accounting questions for internal and external customers
You support the implementation of new mandates
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
You participate in IT projects related to accounting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
You have advanced training in accounting (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent)
You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate sector
You have sound knowledge in preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
You communicate very well in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
