AN OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (80%-100%)

Crans-Montana is the ideal destination for organising a professional or private event. Its Le Régent Congress Centre offers all the necessary infrastructure and amenities to host congresses, incentives, assemblies, exhibitions, gala evenings, shows or concerts.

To complete our team of dedicated and dynamic professionals, Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress is looking for its Le Régent Congress Centre:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Assist the Congress Centre department team in organising events
• Prepare, arrange and set up rooms: assembly, disassembly and arrangement of furniture
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, materials and installations and provide first-level maintenance
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the premises (cleaning, tidiness, organisation)

PROFILE

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or equivalent technical training
• Experience or good knowledge in maintenance and caretaking
• Helpful and attentive to the needs of clients, partners and the team
• Reliable and versatile, able to undertake different types of tasks and adapt quickly to needs while respecting deadlines
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks and handling work
• Good command of French
• Category B driving licence required, cherry picker and forklift licences a plus
• Availability in the evenings and weekends according to event needs

• Workplace: Crans-Montana
• Permanent contract, activity rate: 80-100%
• Hours: irregular but planned in advance
• Start date: immediate or to be agreed
