Warranty and Billing Advisor

Autocorner SA is a family business recognised in automotive distribution, representing the Audi, Škoda and BYD brands. With nearly 120 employees, it is established in the cantons of Vaud and Valais through 5 dealerships and 2 used car centres.

To strengthen our team within our Audi dealership in Sion, we are looking for a warranty and billing advisor (M/F).

Main mission

The Warranty and Billing Advisor (M/F) ensures administrative management, notably billing and warranties, in compliance with the importer’s quality standards.

Your tasks

• Establish customer commercial coverage requests with the customer service department
• Invoice cash customers, account customers, insurance cases and internal cases
• Enter warranties with the respective follow-up
• Ensure the completeness of the file before each invoice is issued
• Monitor outstanding invoices
• Ensure the follow-up and correction of warranties, according to current processes
• Prepare and check files within the framework of the Warranty Audit
• Support after-sales advisors (recording and scheduling appointments, welcoming and advising customers, preparing quotes, receiving and returning vehicles, etc.)

Your profile

• You have a successful first experience with billing in a garage, mechanical workshop or automotive spare parts store.
• You have commercial or technical training in the automotive field (CFC or equivalent)
• You have a perfect command of French; German or English is a strong asset
• You are comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks
• You are extremely rigorous in administrative management and organised, motivated, flexible, honest and loyal
• You know the procedures and brands of the VAG Group (= a plus)
