For one of our clients, a public institution in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Salary Manager at 60% to strengthen the remuneration sector as part of a sick leave replacement.

Potentially until the end of December 2026

Responsibilities

  • Ensure salary management independently;
  • Manage variable, hourly and monthly elements;
  • Carry out affiliations and various administrative procedures related to salaries;
  • Manage AGI;
  • Prepare and manage unemployment certificates;
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of remuneration-related files.


    • Profile

  • Proven experience in salary management and good autonomy throughout the process;
  • Proficiency in OPALE software, which is an essential prerequisite;
  • Experience within a municipality or public administration is highly appreciated;
  • Good understanding of remuneration and affiliation processes;
  • Agile, collaborative and flexible person, able to integrate quickly into a team;
  • Rigour, organisational skills and autonomy.


    • Benefits

    The 60% rate is distributed as follows:

    • Monday: mandatory presence
    • Thursday: mandatory presence
    • Tuesday or Wednesday: choice
    • Friday: day off
