Payroll Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our client, an industrial group based in Geneva, a Payroll Manager to ensure salary processing and personnel administration in compliance with Swiss legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the complete management of salaries for a workforce in Switzerland.
• Check variable payroll elements and guarantee data reliability.
• Manage social insurances, withholding tax as well as administrative procedures related to the employee lifecycle.
• Advise employees and managers on payroll-related matters.
• Participate in monthly closings and continuous process improvement.

Profile

• Proven experience in Swiss payroll management.
• Very good knowledge of social insurances and Swiss legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and Excel.
• Meticulous, organised and discreet person.
• Fluent French; professional English appreciated.
