Team Leader IT Perimeter Security Engineering (a)

We would like to welcome you immediately or by arrangement to our Business Unit. You will lead our well-coordinated IT Perimeter Security Team and at the same time pursue your technical passion and actively contribute within this team. Together with the other team leaders in our IT Service Engineering department, you ensure the smooth operation and further development of our customer services.

The workload is between 80% and 100%. Your primary workplace is in our offices in Winterthur and about 20% at our second location in Arlesheim.

• Professional and personal leadership of your team with five employees
• Representation and embodiment of our organisational guidelines: You are familiar with the ITIL framework and accustomed to working accordingly
• You identify with our values and consistently apply them in everyday life
• Advising our customers in the cyber security field
• Conceptualisation, design, engineering of complex solutions (firewalls, content filtering, load balancing, VPN gateways, remote access, authentication) including Fortinet and F5 products
• Configuration, installation, commissioning as well as problem management
• Supporting our sales organisation in presales activities / developing technical solution concepts and presenting them
• Technical project management, communication and coordination with customers, manufacturers and partners
• Development of new solutions and evaluation of new products
• Supporting our operations organisation in 3rd level support

Do you have a solid basic IT education and several years of experience as a team leader and IT system engineer? And have you recently worked at a professional managed service provider like we are?
