Clerk Export & Internal Sales 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Coordination of import and export orders including deadline monitoring
Preparation and verification of shipping, customs and billing documents
Coordination with freight forwarders, logistics service providers and external contacts
Support with orders, invoicing and returns
Maintenance of customer and article data in the ERP system
Preparation of evaluations as well as general administrative tasks
Assumption of deputising duties within internal sales
Participation in the optimisation of internal workflows and processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience
Practical knowledge in order processing or internal sales
Initial experience with export processes is an advantage
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and ideally ERP applications
Independent and reliable working style
Team-oriented work and willingness to take on additional tasks
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills desired
