What is my role?

Your mission: To successfully manage orders from the first contact to successful delivery. Specifically, this is what awaits you:

• Independently create, track and finalise offers

• Manage customer orders from A to Z - including all export formalities

• Competently clarify and implement customs, shipping and export issues

• Manage and expand your own customer portfolio independently

• Act as a link between field sales, production and internal teams

• Not only maintain customer relationships but actively develop and strengthen them

What do I need to be successful?

Do you love thinking and acting internationally? Are complex processes not an obstacle but a welcome challenge for you? Then ideally you bring:

• Commercial training as a solid foundation

• Practical experience in internal sales, where you have already demonstrated your capabilities

• Know-how in export business - you know how international supply chains work

• Technical intuition and genuine interest in industrial solutions

• Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems

• Quick comprehension combined with a structured approach

• Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility and joy in delighting customers
