IT Project Manager - Workplace (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation: You are the driving force in the company’s digital transformation and design end-to-end processes in the areas of collaboration, intranet, DMS and workplace in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Application Lifecycle Management: You take over application lifecycle management and are responsible for central IT platforms such as M365, Kendox and Windows workplaces
- Process Analysis: You analyse existing processes, identify improvement potentials and implement optimisations to increase process efficiency
- IT Concepts: You develop IT concepts and advise the departments on best practices, automation and cost optimisation
- Project Management: You lead projects to implement new solutions and optimise existing platforms and conduct training to promote user acceptance
Qualifications:
- University Degree: You have a university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Professional Experience: At least three years of professional experience in IT with a focus on process analysis and optimisation
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365: Profound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (especially SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Planner) as well as PowerApps and Power Automate
- Windows Client Management: Good knowledge of Windows client management and experience with DMS systems, preferably Kendox
- Languages: You also possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written
