Microsoft System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
A versatile ICT environment offers the opportunity to combine infrastructure, support and technical development. We are looking for an independent individual who supports users in their daily work, operates systems reliably and contributes to the further development of modern IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
Support and assistance for users with daily IT applications
Monitoring and operation of server and network infrastructures
Installation and administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Client, VMware, Microsoft 365, cloud services, VoIP and firewalls
Maintenance and continuous development of server and client environments
Implementation of new hardware and software solutions
Analysis and resolution of technical faults
Conducting troubleshooting and structured documentation of systems and solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist or technical apprenticeship with appropriate further education
Experience in operating and supporting ICT infrastructures
Knowledge of Microsoft environments, virtualisation and network technologies
Microsoft certification such as MCP or MCSE is an advantage
Independent, goal-oriented and quality-conscious working style
Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Driving licence for on-site customer assignments
Fluent German skills and good English skills are an advantage
