Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily shipping business (domestic and international)
- Completing customs formalities, including in E-Dec
- Document management for import and export transactions
- Organising transport to customers
- Selecting, coordinating and organising transport companies
- Close cooperation with our customers, purchasing department and internal logistics
- Recording and maintaining customer and material master data in SAP
Qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ, with further training in export
- You bring several years of professional experience in export
- You remain calm despite a hectic environment and feel comfortable in operational day-to-day business
- German as a native language as well as good French and English skills, both spoken and written
- A high level of commitment, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong team spirit complete your profile
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
