Cloud Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

No customer project is the same – that keeps everyday life exciting. You listen, understand the requirements, and build the appropriate solution. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes side by side with other specialists. You support existing environments and get more out of them. And because the platform is constantly evolving, you continuously learn.
Responsibilities:
You continuously deepen your knowledge of Microsoft 365
You work confidently with Admin Center, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and PowerApps
You gather customer requirements and implement them in projects
You support existing customer installations and keep them up to date
You optimise existing environments and adapt them to new needs
Additionally, you advise customers on sensible uses of the platform
Qualifications:
You have completed a basic IT education with certification
You are familiar with Microsoft clients and the Microsoft 365 product world from practical experience
SharePoint and Teams are among your strengths in the modern workplace area
You communicate flawlessly in German
You work in a structured, independent, and customer-oriented manner
You bring curiosity for new functions and technologies
