Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordination of the construction site and construction personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with applicable construction standards, safety regulations and quality requirements
- Preparation of construction plans and schedules as well as monitoring their implementation
- Communication with clients, architects and other project stakeholders
- Identifying problems and resolving challenges during the construction process
Qualifications:
- Degree in construction management or a related field
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Sound knowledge of construction legislation and regulations
- Ability to prepare and implement construction plans and schedules
- Excellent leadership skills and team orientation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
