Sole Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
- You manage the entire financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and dunning).
- You prepare the VAT returns for Switzerland.
- You check invoices and execute payments.
- You take over the personnel administration from A to Z.
- You manage the payroll accounting (approx. 55 people) via Messerli.
- You are responsible for the time tracking evaluation.
- You are the contact person for all payroll and social insurance matters.
- You prepare statistics.
- You prepare the annual financial statements for the auditors.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ.
- You have good MS Office and Excel skills.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of Messerli.
- You bring several years of SME experience and think entrepreneurially.
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form.
