• Operating, monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of process-controlled production plants
• Planning and controlling production taking into account customer orders, inventory and capacities
• Independently operating the filling line and ensuring an efficient production process
• Disposition, incoming goods inspection and quality control of raw materials and packaging materials
• Carrying out and documenting production and quality reports according to the specifications of the quality management system
• Co-responsibility for orderliness, cleanliness and compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Active participation in the continuous optimisation of processes and procedures

• Completed vocational training EFZ, ideally as a plant operator, farmer, miller or in a comparable technical or manufacturing profession
• Practical experience in handling industrial production and processing plants
• High personal responsibility as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
• Reliable, committed and resilient personality with a strong team spirit
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to the company’s success
