Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the areas of cloud, network, and telephony
Technical support for sales/presales as well as clarifications during the offer phase
2nd-level support, move/add/change services, and support of managed services
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as support of existing solutions
Strong customer orientation, willingness for on-call duty, and interest in a future leadership role
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or equivalent IT further education as well as 2+ years of experience in system engineering
Solid knowledge in at least two areas: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, network or telephony
Initial manufacturer certifications at Microsoft associate level as well as knowledge in ITIL and project management are advantageous
Extensive technological know-how, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as very good German and English skills
