Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced and committed professional for accounting. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for accounting and, together with your team, ensure reliable financial data and professional processes. At the same time, you will contribute to budgeting, controlling, and preparatory closing tasks and take on selected tasks in the HR area.
Responsibilities:
You lead a small team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for accounting and ensure reliable processing of financial data
You prepare the cost accounting and ensure meaningful financial foundations
You contribute to budgeting and controlling
You undertake preparatory work in the context of financial closings
You take on selected tasks in the HR area
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and solid experience in accounting
You bring solid practical experience
You have secure user knowledge in Abacus and M365
Ideally, you already have some leadership experience (not mandatory)
