Receiving, processing and resolving issues in 1st and 2nd level support
Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT workstations
Rollout of applications as well as optionally their packaging
Carrying out on-site fault rectifications
Qualifications:
Completed ICT/Computer Science training or comparable qualification
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as in operating workstation systems, peripherals and network components
Sound knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Analytical, reliable and responsible working style with an interest in new technologies
Very good German and English skills, impeccable reputation and driving licence category B
