Proven experience in hotel reception, ideally as a Night Auditor.
Excellent presentation and sense of service.
Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software (knowledge of Protel is an advantage).
Good priority management and autonomy.
Fluency in French is essential; English is required. Any other language is an asset.
Available to work night shifts. For one of our clients, a hotel located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Night Auditor.
Your duties:
Ensure guest check-in and check-out during the night.
Perform check-in and check-out.
Respond to guest requests and guarantee quality service.
Carry out daily closing operations (night audit).
Ensure administrative follow-up and invoicing.
Ensure the security of the establishment during the night shift.
Collaborate with reception teams and pass on useful information.
