Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF72,000 - 82,000Role:
For an established, owner-managed company in the field of metal construction and building solutions, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality for the commercial team. You can expect a varied position with a diverse range of tasks and a lot of personal responsibility. You will work independently, keep an overview and actively contribute to the daily commercial business.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounts receivable and take over the associated dunning process
You support the accounts payable and ongoing booking tasks
You prepare the quarterly VAT returns
You take care of issuing bank guarantees
You take on various administrative and organisational tasks
You handle ongoing correspondence and support the team with further commercial activities
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
You bring professional experience in accounts receivable
You have experience in preparing VAT returns
Experience in a commercial enterprise or SME is an advantage
You have good PC and ERP skills
Experience with SAGE or Infoniqa is a plus
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
