Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Our client is an established industrial company with an international focus and high expertise in automation and drive technology. Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual to independently manage the payroll for three companies with around 450 employees. You can expect a versatile specialist role with interfaces to social security, pension funds, HR and financial accounting. You will be able to contribute your experience and at the same time participate in the further development and digitalisation of payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the complete monthly payroll processing for three companies including reconciliations and year-end closing tasks
You ensure the correct handling of social security accounting in the areas of AHV, UVG and KTG
You manage and coordinate the pension fund and support employees with questions regarding occupational benefits
You conduct absence management and ensure reliable recording and processing of relevant data
You support HR administration with entries and exits as well as with the management of time and access systems
You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure correct reconciliation with financial accounting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as a Payroll Expert, HR Specialist, Social Security Specialist or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in independent payroll processing and are familiar with the relevant processes in the Swiss payroll environment
You have sound knowledge of the Swiss social security system as well as good knowledge in the area of BVG and occupational benefits
You work precisely, independently and responsibly and have a good understanding of financial contexts as well as reconciliation and closing tasks
Fluent German language skills are required
